Am I able to drop off or pick up outside of your operating hours?
We operate by appointment only therefore any pickup or drop offs outside of our normal business hours are subject to approval.
Operating hours are 6:00 AM to 9:00PM.
Late Fees
We do have a late drop off return fee of $10.00 per hour. In order to maintain our schedule, we do ask that you communicate with us directly in this event that you running late.
What if damages occur to the trailer or equipment during my rental?
When you pick-up the trailer, you will sign a contract accepting this responsibility. Costs for those damages will be your responsibility and payment required at drop off.

Rental Rates
The daily fees are based on a 24 hour rate. You can use the trailer for an hour or 24 hours and it is still subject to the same rate.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable within a month of the rental day. If a written notice is received before a month of the rental day, then the deposit amount minus any associated fees will be refunded to you.
Can I extend my rental?
This is subject to availability. Please contact us directly at 616-886-0684 for the most up to date availability at least hour prior to your scheduled drop off time.
Does your Auto Insurance cover Trailer Rentals?
We do offer additional insurance that you can purchase if your insurance policy does not have rental trailer coverage in case of extensive damage, accidents, or other mishaps!
